Sultan founded Community Developer Solutions to help address the housing challenges and neighborhood revitalization needs across Wilmington and the surrounding region. The work began on a single block — and grew into a mission.
Today CDS operates as a woman and minority-owned general contractor and developer delivering everything from single-property rehabs to affordable housing programs for nonprofit, investor, and government partners.
What hasn't changed: every contract is treated as a commitment to the families, workers, and neighbors who depend on the outcome.
